SPOKANE, Wash. — Update: The teen has been found and we are removing their name from this story for privacy.

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) is asking for your help finding a missing runaway/vulnerable teenager.

According to the sheriff's office, the teen was believed to be near North Howard Street and West Main Avenue late Tuesday night after he was reportedly involved in an altercation with someone and was asked to leave a home.

SCSO said the teen's family tried to find him but they weren't successful, and now, they are worried about where he is. 

SCSO said the boy is around 5-feet-7-inches tall and weighs 165 points. The teen has black hair and brown eyes.
