SPOKANE, Wash. — The City of Spokane says recent developments like Riverfront Park, Kendall Yards and the Sportsplex, are setting the stage for major growth in the North Bank area.
Now, city planners want your feedback on how the North Bank should be developed — or even redeveloped.

They include the Spokane Sportsplex, redevelopment at Riverfront Park, and the Wonder Bread Building.
Plans to redevelop the North Bank look at regulations that have been in place for decades and how they can be improved.
City planners want feedback from Spokane Residents to determine the best way to use and improve the area.
You can weigh in by taking the city of Spokane's North Bank Vision Survey online.Your answers to the survey's 15 questions will help inform the city's vision for the area, and guide the planning process.Some questions will ask you to describe the relationship between the North Bank and Downtown Spokane.
The city also wants to know what you think are important assets the North Bank currently offers, and what you'd like to see more of.
The North Bank Plan is part of a larger planning effort called the "Downtown Plan Update."
Planners hopes feedback from the community and stakeholders will help update the existing regulations for the North Bank. Even making them more reasonable for accomplishing future growth there.
The planning process shows a draft North Bank Plan could be presented as early as April.
