SPOKANE, Wash. — Pickleball players around the Greater Spokane area will be pickled pleased to know that another spot to play the popular sport will open in downtown Spokane.
The six-court Press Pickleball Club plans to open before the weather prohibits outdoor play. Players of all levels are welcome to play and join in the fast-paced fun.
On top of the six courts, the Press Pickleball Club offers a secure building, parking options, locker room facilities, league play, tournaments and more.
"Pickleball is a fast-growing, community-building sport that appeals to all ages. This model promises to be a win-win for both players and the surrounding area, including Dry Fly, Terra Blanca, and local brewery, Humble Abode," Bryn West, Vice President of Property Management, said.
The proximity of The Press Pickleball Club to downtown office space, residences, retail, restaurants and entertainment makes this a truly unique, convenient Pickleball venue. As a board member for Spokane Sports, I have seen firsthand how sport and recreation can transform lives."
