SPOKANE, Wash. — The Rind and Wheat Bakery announced on Facebook that it will permanently close its doors on Friday, August 30.
The bakery writes that the staff has worked through many challenges to keep the business open but has now decided to close.
"We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support and love for our bread, pastries, and cheeses," the bakery wrote on Facebook. "In these final weeks, we hope you’ll continue to support and uplift our team. Thank you for being a cherished part of our journey."
