Power restored for more than 2,600 Avista customers in Moscow

MOSCOW, Idaho — Update: At this time, power has been restored for more than 2,600 Avista customers in the Moscow, Idaho area.

Original: Avista crews are responding to a power outage affecting more than 2,600 customers in Moscow, Idaho.

According to Avista's outage map, the cause of the outage is under investigation and crews are identifying and  scheduling resources to help restore power to the area.

Avista estimates power will be restored around 11:15 p.m. Friday.
