Several North Idaho schools closed due to power outages

Several school districts have canceled school due to continued power outages following Wednesday's storms.

IDAHO, USA — Several school districts in North Idaho have canceled school on Thursday morning due to power outages. 

The Boundary County School District canceled school for all schools in the district on Thursday morning. 

ATTENTION: No school today due to electrical outages. A decision about scheduled sports will be made later today. #GoBadgers!

In Bonner County, West Bonner School District 83 canceled school for Priest Lake Elementary School, but Priest River and Oldtown schools remain open. 

Bonners Ferry High School is also closed due to loss of power. 

No school today due to no electricity. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024
