POST FALLS, Idaho — A request to amend a planned unit development and an amendment to a proposed subdivision in the Montrose neighborhood in Post Falls will be the focus of a public hearing July 11.
The proposed planned unit development amendment would replace cluster housing areas with single-family lots, change the local access street layout and remove cul-de-sacs. The request would also increase maximum lot coverage from 40% to 50% for future lots.
