LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. — The Liberty Lake Police Department are searching for a missing 17-year-old.
LLPD says Javier Seaman-Buckenberger was last seen by his mother on September 25. She told LLPD that Javier has been in minimal contact with his family after saying he would return home from a friend's house.
LLPD says Javier is believed to be in the Spokane, Spokane Valley or Liberty Lake area.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with a flag design on the back and bright multi-colored shoes.
