MOSCOW, Idaho -- A University of Idaho student was one of the 13 people that had their artwork selected for Starbucks holiday red cup campaign.
According to Starbucks' website, Bronwyn Schumaker's "Evergreen Forest" design was inspired by a hike along her favorite mountain trail back in December.
"Everything was still and snow-covered. The contrast was beautiful," she told the website. "The simplicity of the image transferred easily into a winter design."
Schumaker's design was one of 13 chosen out of a total of 1,200 entries from 13 countries, the website states. On a Facebook post from Ampersand Oil & Vinegar Tap House, they congratulated Schumaker on her selection.
"We want to congratulate our sweet girl Bronwyn on her artwork featured on #starbucks #redcup! Starting tomorrow you can go order a Venti something or other and get her cup. It's the one with Idaho Trees!" the post wrote.
