POST FALLS, Idaho – A Post Fall barbeque restaurant was named one of the best in Idaho by Food and Wine magazine.
Famous Willies BBQ on East 7th Avenue in Post Falls took the top spot.
The magazine says the owners, Willie and Debbe Spradley, moved to North Idaho from East Texas and decided to open a restaurant because most people in the area do not know much about Cajun-influenced barbeque.
Some of the top items on the menu included Willie’s Cajun spiced spareribs and sausages and Debbe's buttermilk pies.
