PULLMAN, Wash. — Fire crews are responding to a house fire on College Hill at Washington State University.
According to the Pullman Fire Department, crews responded to a fire at a house on Northeast Opal Street in Pullman.
Photos and video from WSU Journalism Professor Matt Loveless show large plumes of smoke coming from the roof of the home.
According to the Pullman Fire Department, the fire was confined to the roof. The cause of the fire has not been identified, but the fire was spotted coming from the laundry/bathroom areas.
The fire department said officials suspect the cause of the fire may have been electrical.
The cost of damage will be determined by insurance.
No one was injured, but three students that live in the house have been displaced. The fire department said the school will find alternate housing for those three students.
