Fire on Roylance Farms destroys maintenance and equipment building

The Grant County Sheriff's Office said no one was injured and no livestock was lost.

WARDEN, Wash. — A fire on Roylance Farms in Warden destroyed a maintenance and equipment building early Wednesday morning.

According to the Grant County Sheriff's Office,  the fire was called in before 4 a.m. No injuries were reported and no livestock was lost.

Motorists traveling on State Route 17 at State Route 170 should watch for emergency vehicles crossing State Route 17. Water tenders are having to go into the city of Warden to refill. Drivers traveling on State Route 17 at State Route 170 are being advised to watch out for emergency vehicles crossing State Route 17. In the meantime, water tenders are having to go into the city of Warden to refill.

MACC 911, Grant County Fire District 4 and 5 and Adams County Fire District 5 all responded to the blaze alongside the sheriff's office.
