GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — The Grant County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) is asking for the public's help finding a missing 31-year-old woman last seen on Road U Southwest in Grant County.
According to GCSO, Irene Fleming was last seen on Feb. 25 wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and brown boots. Sheriffs believe she was on foot at the time of her disappearance.
Fleming was visiting friends in a rural area of Grant County and left her car at a home she was staying at. Sheriffs said she walked out of the house around 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. GCSO is hoping a passing driver saw her, since the area is rural with few homes and a pedestrian would be noticeable in the area.
GCSO said Fleming has not contacted anyone since her disappearance. She is originally from Pasco.
If you have any information on Fleming, please call the GCSO at (509) 762-1160, or email them at crimetips@grantcountywa.gov, and reference case number 24GS02216. GCSO said any tips can remain anonymous.
GCSO also said not to post tips on social media on Fleming's whereabouts and to contact sheriffs first.
