FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. — The Fairchild Air Force Base is hosting a Wreaths Across America ceremony later this month.
The Air Force base is hosting the ceremony at the Fort George Wright Cemetery on Saturday, December 14 at 10 a.m.
National Wreaths Across America Day happens every year to honor those who died while serving our country. Remembrance wreaths are placed on their graves and their names are spoken aloud at the ceremony.
People in the Inland Northwest are invited to honor veterans and volunteer to lay wreaths.
