Eastern Washington University asking for your help naming new beer

The university is partnering with No-Li Brewhouse for an 'Eagle Ale Fan Vote Sweepstakes'.

SPOKANE, Wash. — Eastern Washington University (EWU) is partnering with No-Li Brewhouse to launch its new beer.

They are looking for someone to give their new beer a name, and they are doing it through a sweepstakes.

If your name is successfully picked, you will get four VIP passes to the Nov. 16 game against Idaho State, as well as get your beer name featured at No-Li Brewhouse.

If you want to submit a beer name for a chance to win, all you need is your beer name, your first and last name, email, and phone number. You also need to be at least 18 years old to enter.

The last day to enter your beer name in the sweepstakes is Monday, August 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

Last year, No-Li and EWU launched the "E Dubbel U" beer in honor of their Eagle mascot. The beer is a double Belgian ale. EWU and No-Li were rewarded with an international bronze brewing medal at the 2023 Asia International Beer Competition (AIBC) in Singapore. This award made EWU the first university in the United States to receive an international brewing award.
