KREM 2 News obtained documents that detail David Hutto’s criminal history in South Carolina.
Hutto was recently arrested for the murder of Bo Kirk in North Idaho. He has been booked into the Kootenai County jail for second degree murder.
Below is a list of Hutto’s former charges and convictions.
March 21, 2012:
Convicted of trust with fraud – Five years suspended sentence and five years of probation.
September 18, 2009
Arrest charge for petty larceny.
August 10, 2009
Arrest charge for failure to appear.
September 15, 1992
Convicted of second degree burglary with five years probation.
Convicted of two charges of larceny with suspension for both.
August 6, 1992
Convicted of second degree burglary with 1-6 year sentence.
Convicted of grand larceny of a vehicle with 1-6 year sentence.
Convicted of two counts of grand larceny with 1-6 year sentence.
Convictions served concurrently.
April 7, 1992
Convicted of grand larceny auto with 1-6 year sentence and costs.
September 30, 1991
