SPOKANE, Wash. — Saturday, October 26, is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, and Eastern Washington is taking part by hosting multiple medication take-back events.
Take Back Day allows people to drop off any expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. You can also drop off any unneeded vaping devices without batteries and cartridges.
You can dispose of any unneeded medications at the following five locations on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Salem Lutheran Church (1428 W. Broadway St. Spokane, WA. 99201
- Airway Heights Walmart Supercenter (1221 S. Hayford Rd, Spokane, WA 99224)
- NorthEast Community Center Parking Lot (4001 N. Cook St. Spokane, WA 99207)
- Colfax Public Library (102 S. Main St. Colfax, WA, 99111)
- Otis Orchards Library (22324 E. Wellesley Ave., Otis Orchards, WA 99027)
