There are dozens of flightless birds in world, but what about a flightless eagle?
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Police received a report of an injured bald eagle in mid-August. Upon further investigation, the eagle was fortunately not injured, but instead too full.
Officials said the eagle had eaten too much and was therefore, unable to fly.
The individuals who found the eagle, took in the bird, but after it was deemed that he wasn't injured, the young eagle was released back into the wild.
WDFW Police posted on its Facebook, "No judgment here little guy, the summer swimsuit season is finishing up anyways."
