SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested a suspect who is allegedly connected to a drive-by road rage shooting.
According to SPD, 44-year-old Keith Butters allegedly shot at another car near Freya and Wellesley on Friday morning. When officers arrived, they found a bullet hole in the victim's vehicle and started searching the area for a suspect.
SPD found Butters' car near West Olympic and, eventually, found and arrested Butters.
Butters, an eight-time convicted felon, was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and drive-by shooting. He was booked into the Spokane County Jail shortly after his arrest.
