SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Police arrested a robbery suspect after he allegedly stole food this morning from a South Hill 7/11.
They captured the suspect after a K-9 search, police also received multiple tips from concerned citizens this morning, according to Spokane police officer Terry Preuninger.
Police say the suspect entered a 7/11 near 30th and Regal at 5:30 this morning, and took food items without paying for them. When the clerk tried to stop the suspect, he threatened the clerk with a handgun, and left the store.
Spokane police asked people to avoid the area.
