According to SPD, the man who was shot called police and reported that he was shot by his mom's boyfriend. The man who was shot was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

SPD said it later learned that a witness heard two people arguing in the house, and the suspect allegedly fled in a truck following the shooting.
