SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Valley Police Department (SVPD) is asking for the public's help in identifying the driver of a car believed to be involved in a hit and run earlier this month.
On the evening of March 3, deputies responded to a hit and run incident on East Knox Avenue and North Argonne Road. They found a man who sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and transported him to the hospital.
SVPD said initial information suggests the victim was crossing Knox on the west side of Argonne when the suspect vehicle struck the victim and did not stop. Investigators are now working to identify the driver of the car.
SVPD's Traffic Unit Investigators said the vehicle appears to be a white SUV, possibly a Honda CRV or similar model. Photos of the car were provided by SVPD, who acknowledged they are not high quality.
Anyone who can help identify the possible suspect, knows of the vehicle’s location, or can provide information that may assist investigators, is urged to call Detective T. Miller at 509-477-3195, reference #10030528.
