Grant County cancels shelter-in-place after deputies find wanted person near Quincy

People living near the 10500 block of Road S-NW were asked to shelter in place.

QUINCY, Wash. — The Grant County Sheriff's Office said people living near the 10500 block of Road S-NW no longer need to shelter in place as of 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3. 

GCSO said the wanted person they were searching for was found and police were able to take them into custody. 

The sheriff's office ordered anyone living near Road S-NW and Road 10.5 NW is asked to stay inside their homes around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
