PONDERAY, Idaho — A man suspected of double homicide in Washington could be in the City of Ponderay, Idaho.
According to the Ponderay Police Department (PPD), officials received reports of possible sightings of Dylan J. Harrington, 27, in Ponderay. U.S Marshals suspect Harrington of a double homicide in Okanogan County.
Harrington is accused of shooting and killing Dave, 80, and Gerlyn Covery, 66, at their home near Chesaw in February 2022. Police found the two victims' bodies burned and hidden under a sheet of plywood.
Harrington is wanted on two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of unauthorized removal or concealment of a body with national extradition. He is described as a 5'9'' man weighing 145 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and should be considered armed and dangerous.
