CHENEY, Wash. A teenager accused of armed robbery spent Tuesday in front of a judge. 19 year old Meshion Woodruff is accused of tying up his victim with an iPod cord. He faces charges of armed robbery, theft and unlawful imprisonment.
Cheney Police say Woodruff and at least two other men ransacked a Cheney apartment on March 21st. Court documents show the suspects handcuffed their victim and tied his feet with an iPod USB cord. The victim was also held at gunpoint and documents show the suspects threatened to kill him.
Several items were taken from the apartment, along with $900 in cash.
On Friday, March 25th, Spokane County SWAT helped capture Woodruff. The weapons used in the robbery have not been recovered. Woodruff and the two other suspects are in custody. Woodruff's bond was set at $50,000.
