Spokane Valley road rage murder suspect's phone shows videos of him practicing to commit the crime, according to new court documents

According to new court documents, investigators obtained the suspect's phone, where they found several videos of him practicing to commit the crime.

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A man accused of a Spokane Valley road rage murder faced a judge Thursday afternoon.

Marc Rinard is accused of pulling up next to the victim's car, yelling, then shooting into the car and killing a man.

According to new court documents, investigators obtained Rinard's phone, where they found several videos of him practicing to commit the crime.

Court documents allege the video shows the interior of his pick-up and panning out of the driver's side window just before gunshots are heard. It is not clear when the videos were shot.

Rinard was arrested for second-degree murder, drive-by shooting and first-degree assault. Rinard's bond is set at $5 million.

According to the Washington State Department of Health, Rinard is a registered nurse.. He has since had his nursing license suspended.

According to the Washington State Department of Health, Marc Rinard is not allowed to practice as a registered nurse in Washington State while further legal action is pending. The department of health said Rinard has 20 days from the date the suspension was issued to contest the action.

According to court documents, Rinard has been a nurse for 14 years.
