SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane police are investigating a homicide after a man was found on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds in the area of Thor and Cleveland in northeast Spokane, according to the police department.
Shots fired were reported to police just after midnight on Friday, March 22.
Spokane police say first responders administered life-saving measures on the man after arriving at the scene. The man died a short time later.
The identity of the shooting victim will be released at a later time by the Spokane County Medical Examiner's Office
Detectives with the Spokane Police Department Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate the shooting. At this time, there is no suspect information to share with the public.
