Man accused of killing 9-month-old asks to travel for Christmas holiday

Mobley wants to be allowed to travel to Wenatchee and Chelan to celebrate Christmas with his in-laws.

Joshua Mobley, the man accused of killing 9-month-old Caiden Henry, is now asking a judge to allow him to travel for the holidays.

Mobley wants to be allowed to travel to Wenatchee and Chelan to celebrate Christmas with his in-laws.

Mobley is charged with second degree murder in Henry’s death, but is out of custody as he awaits trial.

As part of his release conditions, he is not allowed to be alone with children, including his own.
Documents filed show small children will be present at the Christmas parties he wants to attend, but his attorney said more than a dozen adults will be around to supervise.

Mobley has already been allowed to attend his kids’ birthday parties, a wedding in Oregon and a funeral in California.

Caiden’s mother, Crystal Henry, told KREM 2 in October that the last time she saw Caiden alive was when Joshua Mobley dropped her off at work along with his wife Jennifer the morning of February 26. Mobley was in charge of watching Caiden, along with his own children, while they were at work.
