WHITMANCOUNTY-- The former boyfriend of a young woman found in critical condition on a rural Whitman County Road is expected back in court Friday afternoon.
Richard Pasma pleaded not guilty to hit and run charges back in August, now he is expected to change his plea.
A sentencing date will be set at Friday's hearing andthat usually indicates there is some sort of plea deal.
23-year-old Kristen Grindley was found unconscious and bleeding by the side of the road in November. Grindley suffered serious head injuries and doesn't remember what happened that day.
