SPOKANE -- A Hells Angels memberhas admitted having a rifle at a Spokane clubhouse. Ricky Jenks has asked for a plea deal for atwoyear sentence and three year probationary period.
Jenks admitted guilt Wednesday afternoon to having a .22 rifle when the clubhouse was raided in March.
Both counsels have a week to give their reasons why the judge should or should not grant the plea deal. The judge doesn't have to give a reason if he accepts or denies the plea deal. But he does have reservations about a two year sentence given Jenks criminal history.
Jenks also asked for time out to be with his pregnant fiance.
Jenks is a convicted felon and cannot posses firearms. He entered a not guilty plea earlier this year to multiple firearms charges.
Sentencing is set for October 7 if the judge accepts the plea.
