SPOKANE, Wash. — A man was arrested following a reported stabbing at a convenience store in Browne's Addition in Spokane.
According to the Spokane Police Department, a man who appeared to be intoxicated asked for alcohol. Police then said the employees confronted the man, and soon after, the man spat at one employee and stabbed the other in the hip.
Police said the man then fled. Police eventually arrested the man for second-degree assault.
Police said the employee that was stabbed was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
