Thank you to everyone who supported the Tree of Sharing this year! The presents are currently being distributed to community nonprofits.
The collection and distribution of 8,000 holiday gifts for the often-forgotten members of our community is no easy feat. Starting Nov. 29, head to one of the three shopping malls to fill a gift request and return it by Dec. 15!

- River Park Square
There are many iconic reminders of Christmas. Santa, lights, and cocoa to name a few. But in the Inland Northwest one of the most recognizable symbols of the holiday is Tree of Sharing.
Since 1982, the Tree of Sharing has provided a special gift for someone who might not otherwise get a present. It helps our 'often forgotten' friends within the community to celebrate the season and receive a gift.
This year, we hope to provide 8,000 gifts. To make our goals we need your help.
Please fill a gift request at one of the three malls listed above. You can pick a tag with a request and fill it by the return date of Dec. 15. By helping the Tree of Sharing you will be putting the sparkle in someone's holiday season.
As a bonus, Thomas Hammer will be providing incentives. See below for details:
- Dollar-off coupons will be given out for every gift tag returned.
- Free Drink Coupons will be given out for every 2 or more gift tags returned.
- Gift Basket Give-a-way:
- Each table will have a gift basket ($100 Value), drawing box and entry tickets. Everyone is eligible for entry. No purchased required.
