Spokane Salvation Army hosting free Thanksgiving Day meal

Local vulnerable families and individuals will receive a delicious turkey meal with all the trimmings.

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Salvation Army in Spokane is bringing the holiday cheer this week by serving a free community Thanksgiving Day meal on Thursday from 12-2 p.m.

Local vulnerable families and individuals will receive a delicious turkey meal with all the trimmings.

Corps Officer of the Salvation Army, Captain David Cain said, “We want everyone to know they are loved and valued.”

The meal will be held at the Salvation Army at 222 E. Indiana Avenue.
