NEW YORK — From stealing her best friend's boyfriend to preceding Spider-Man in the world of superheroes, Spokane native Sydney Sweeney is taking the entertainment world by storm.
And now, she's getting ready for what many stars consider a monumental moment in their careers.
Sweeney announced via Instagram that she is set to host "Saturday Night Live" on Saturday, March 2. SNL also shared the announcement on its official Instagram page, announcing Sweeney and musical guest Kacey Musgraves will take the stage together.
This is the first time Sweeney has hosted SNL.
Sweeney took to her Instagram story to share SNL's post about her appearance. In her own post, she said, "About to face my biggest fear. Stage fright. Haha."
