SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — One of Spokane’s favorite foodie destinations is opening a second location on Monday.
Hello Sugar, a mini donut shop, is moving into Spokane Valley.
Owners Ramsey and Amy Pruchnic told KREM in May that the new location would allow to employ at least 35 new team members.
Hello Sugar is celebrating its grand opening from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday with a dozen donuts for $6 through Friday.
The new shop is located at 11205 E. Dishman Mica Rd. near Harvest Foods.
Hello Sugar’s Kendall Yards location opened more than a year ago on N. Nettleton Street in conjunction with Indaba Coffee’s fourth Spokane location.
The shop’s menu of made-to-order mini donuts features nine set flavors, with a dozen donuts for $8 and a half-dozen for $6. Other limited edition flavors are also offered at the shop.
Set flavors include Sugar Maple, Dutch Baby, S’mores, Strawberry Shortcake and more. The shop is also offering limited edition “Lion King” donuts.

The Pruchnics owe the success of their donut business to moving back to Spokane after living in Seattle for five-and-a-half years, they told KREM in May.
It’s safe to say that the family loves Spokane and Spokane loves their donuts.
