SPOKANE, Wash. — The first trailer for Sony's new box office hit "Madame Web" was released and a familiar face is gracing the Marvel Universe stage; Spokane native Sydney Sweeney.
Sweeney is most known for her recent roles in HBO's "Euphoria" and "White Lotus" and will now be starring in "Madame Web" alongside popular actress Dakota Johnson. Her acting resume also showcases appearances on "Handmaid's Tale," "Grey's Anatomy," and "Criminal Minds."
Announced back in 2022, the newly released trailer shows Sweeney as a normal teen girl before becoming entangled in a web of fate she can't escape.
The highly-anticipated Marvel film hits theaters in February 2024.
