SPOKANE, Wash. — Plant lovers, get ready for spring, and maybe some new plants.
The 23rd Annual Spokane Garden Expo will welcome spring at Spokane Community College on May 11. The expo features more than 250 booths, eight free demonstrations, food and more, all falling under this year's theme, "Happy Everything!"
The expo has free admission and parking for all attendees.
All demonstrations at the garden expo will happen in the Spokane Community College Lair Conference Room. Participants are welcome to learn about a variety of topics, like making bath bombs from your garden, mushroom foraging for beginners and more.
Plants aren't the only thing available at the Garden Expo. Attendees can also find jewelry, honey products, furniture, garden decor and more specialty items sold by specialty vendors. The event will also have garden art for people to enjoy.
