SPOKANE, Wash. — We are just three days away from the biggest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world.
Hoopfest 2024 is just around the corner, where nearly 250,000 people will gather in downtown Spokane to see thousands of hoopers compete and have fun.
According to Hoopfest, there will be 24,000 players from 6,000 teams competing in this year's Hoopfest, and these players will be shutting down 45 City blocks with the creation of 422 courts for 465 brackets.
Before all of the fun starts Saturday, there is one big housekeeping item you'll need to take care of if you are playing in Hoopfest this year: team check-in.
Team check-in is happening this Thursday, June 27 and Friday, June 28 at the Pavilion Plaza in Riverfront Park.
Check-in on Thursday is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-in on Friday is from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Not only will you be able to check-in your team for Hoopfest, but you will also receive your team packet with everything you need to know about this weekend's activities.
