''Spokane's Got Talent '74 Edition' celebrates Lilac City talent during Expo 50th

The family friendly talent competition will showcase the funky vibes and iconic styles of the 70's.

SPOKANE, Wash. — If you're a master juggler, an electric singer or the talent behind that mysterious bike on top of a Spokane river pillar, you'll soon have the chance to display your skills in front of the entire city.

Expo 50th, the celebration marking 50 years since Spokane hosted the iconic Expo '74 world fair, announced Monday its plans to hold the ''Spokane's Got Talent '74 Edition" talent show. The family friendly talent competition will showcase the funky vibes and iconic styles of the 70's.

The event will be held in June as part of the weeks-long celebration in partnership with the Spokane Civic Theatre.

Auditions will be held on May 20-21 at the Spokane Civic Theatre, and registration for the auditions are open right now. You can sign up here.

The event will be held on  June 20, 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Pavilion at Riverfront Park.
