LEWISTON, Idaho-- Idaho State Police is at a scene of a vehicle fire that is spreading up hill Saturday afternoon.
Officials said the northbound lanes of Highway 95 milepost 305 near Spalding Bridge are completely blocked.
ISP is asking drivers to avoid the area.
