Police arrested the wife of the missing boater who reportedly fell into Lake Coeur d'Alene on Feb. 13.
The Kootenai County Jail roster shows Laurcene (Lori) B. Isenberg is facing 40 charges of forgery and one charge of grand theft.
KCSO identified Isenberg as the wife of missing boater Larry D. Isenberg, 68, who at last check, had not been located after falling into the lake.
According to an earlier release, Laurcene B. Isenberg had searched for her husband for some time after he fell in while repairing a problem with one of the motors of the boat they were in.
The KCSO Sonar Team searched the lake for him, but had not found him at last check.
A judge set Isenberg's bond at $75,000 during her first appearance hearing Tuesday.
Lori Isenberg previously served as the executive director for the North Idaho Housing Coalition (NIHC). However, NIHC's President Kerri Thoreson posted a comment to the coalition's Facebook page two weeks ago confirming Isenberg is no longer the executive director.
The Coeur D'Alene Press posted a story the morning of February 13 indicating Isenberg had left NIHC and there was an internal financial audit happening in search of accounting irregularities. Hours later, Isenberg's husband, Larry, was reported missing in the lake.
According to the Kootenai County Court's database, Isenberg's "violation date" for the grand theft charge was July 1, 2016.
KREM2 has reached out to KCSO for any updates the search for Larry Isenberg, but had not heard back as of 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
